Happy Friday Morning ;)
Yippee for the weekend!! A big welcome to my latest followers, so happy to see you here. :)
I feel so honoured to be guesting today over at the Craft Stamper Magazine Blog. A super thank you to the team for picking my shabby chic piece as their May Winner. Seriously can't believe it, but so thrilled!!
For my guest piece I thought I would do another deep mini canvas (loving these right now), but in a different style. Instead of shabby chic, I decided on a more artsy, grungy, messy feel. Oh yes, there was plenty of mess!!
Using some of my favourite crafting goodies, I created a mixed media underground world using the 'Subway' stencil from Crafters Workshop, pieces of Geometrical (?) Dusty Attic chipboard and some Prima Marketing embellishments.
I used Lindy's Stamp Gang sprays to add colour, (Ocean Breeze Blue, Gossamer Gold, Opal Sea Oats) Archival Ink for the stamping and white gesso for highlighting. Plus I have some Bo Bunny bling in my possession now, so of course I had to get that in here somewhere ;)
I had fantastic fun creating this and, again, so grateful for this chance to guest for the Craft Stamper Blog. Any excuse to get messy is just heaven in my book!
Have a fabulous weekend!
Hugs
Georgie xx
P.S. Will do some pics and a build update soon as I know some of you have asked. I've not been taking the photos, the hubby has. So I will transfer them over the weekend - hopefully xxx
